Important Information Before Booking

Our pool and cabana area may occasionally be rented out for private events, typically during weekends or school holidays. Events usually last 4–8 hours and end by 10 PM. Guests will be notified in advance. These events typically take place on weekends, bank holidays, and during school holiday periods. NOTE: On Monday’s & Thursday’s between 9am & 10am the pool will be closed for cleaning. If the weather doesn’t allow on the scheduled days then the cleanings will move to the next available days (Tuesday & Friday)

To ensure Paradise Point is the right fit for your stay, please review the following:

Check-in & Booking

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability and additional fees).
• Guests must be 18 years or older to book.
• A USD $100 refundable security deposit will be pre-authorized one day before arrival.
• Christmas and New Year's bookings require a 7-night minimum stay.
• Bank holiday weekends require a 4-night minimum stay unless otherwise stated.
• The final balance is due 10 DAYS before your stay. 
• The final payment and your security deposit pre-authorization are automated and will be debited from the card on file. Unpaid bookings by the deadline will be canceled without refund.

Accessibility

Paradise Point is built into the Maxwell Hill cliffside and features multiple staircases.

Apartment 4A+B+C is located on Level 4, approximately:

• 1 flight down from the upper entrance
• 3 flights up from the lower entrance

Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Our Budget-Friendly Promise

Paradise Point offers some of the best value accommodation on Barbados' South Coast.

Our apartments are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, while furnishings are intentionally simple to help us keep rates affordable. Mattresses, linens, towels, and kitchenware are practical, budget-friendly selections chosen to deliver comfort without luxury pricing.

Apartment Size

While ideal for larger groups, each apartment maintains a compact footprint. We encourage guests to review the floor plans provided in the image gallery before booking.

Sustainability

We're committed to reducing our environmental impact by using:

• Solar-powered water heaters (water temperature may vary on cloudy days)
• Energy-efficient window air conditioning units

To help conserve energy, we kindly ask guests to switch off the air conditioning whenever leaving the apartment.

Property Maintenance

As we continue improving Paradise Point, renovations may occasionally take place on Level 5 during weekdays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We do our best to minimise any disruption.

Visitors

Your reservation includes access for the number of registered guests plus 2 complimentary visitors.

Additional visitors may purchase a Visitor Pass (subject to availability).

Private event spaces are also available to rent:

Housekeeping

We provide:

• Bath towels
• Bed sheets

Guests should bring their own:

• Beach towels
• Pool towels

As Barbados enjoys a warm tropical climate year-round, comforters and blankets are not provided.

Services

Paradise Point operates as a self-check-in, self-service property.

Unlike a hotel, we do not provide:

• Front desk services
• Concierge
• Daily housekeeping
• Bellhop services

Housekeeping and maintenance are available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with emergency assistance outside these hours when required.

Staying in Barbados

As a tropical island, you may encounter local wildlife including monkeys, lizards, frogs, birds and our friendly resident cat, Ginger.

Occasionally, Barbados experiences island-wide utility outages, particularly during hurricane season. While our central location usually allows for quicker restoration of services, we do not have backup generators, water tanks, or satellite internet.

Laundry facilities are available for guest use at your own discretion.
